The TD admins here are part of the bigger problem, although they probably don't realize it.

When anyone here points out the underlying culture creating the problem, they are being told to "stop the yogi stuff' stop the "fascinating" stuff.

It isn't particularly about race but attitude, upbringing, and expectations.

If we aren't allowed to define the problem and ascribe a negative identity to it, it will never change.
