If you’re in the Beav, check out BGs food cartel and the Breakside brewpub foot cart pod.
In Portland, stay away from old town/Chinatown. The Pearl is ok. NW part of the city around Providence park is nice. Most of the bohemian type places and cool little enclaves are on the east side of the river - Mississippi Ave, Alberta arts district, Hawthorne, Division, etc
If you’re adventurous, do the ape caves hike in Washington. It’s about 3 miles of bouldering inside pitch black lava tubes under Mt St Helen’s (headlamp and good boots required). Do not attempt if claustrophobic.
Also, trail of ten falls is pretty nice - starts off going right behind a big waterfall

Hell yeah! That’s the kind of stuff I’m looking for. Same with every other post after as well. Thanks to everyone who posted. Big help!
