Get out of the city for some nature.
Troutdale is a pretty sweet spot right on the edge of the CRG.
Keep heading east on the scenic route “Historic Colombia Hwy,” (not I-84). The gorge has some of the best hiking in the country. Go explore some wilderness.

Welcomed advice and appreciated. I do intend to get out of the city some as well. I’ve heard it’s beautiful out here. Thanks.
