Again, that wasn’t the argument. It was up till that point, hitting was our weakness. You cannot be this dumb to keep going back to pitching.

Shut up bitch, up until THIS point you’re 23rd in ERA. Point is yall ran the same dam team back out there that finished last a year ago sans Sonny Gray & somehow that projects to win the NLC? Stl is the Notre Dame of MLB

The bullpen was upgraded. The starting pitching staff, outside of Gray wasn't upgraded but the production was consolidated. With Lynn and Gibson they acquired the same amount of innings for the same amount of money as they lost, but in two guys instead of 4.

I still don't understand why Matt Carpenter and Brandon Crawford are on the team.

We have a rotation with an average age of about 35. Any day any one of them could blow up for 7 runs in an inning. But they're all performing above expectations, IMO. (Because expectations were extremely low for them)

Jordan Walker just got sent down to AAA, but I think he needs to be on the IL more than he needs to be in the minors. He was raking in Spring then hurt himself and hasn't been the same since.

We need Edman back so that Siani can be fired off into the sun. He's absolute garbage.
