Went to get a pretzel, cards up 3-0, was gone for 5 minutes, and it was 3--3

I told my buddy after 2nd, the mets are on meatball miles stuff, this game is far from over, they just missed a lot of pitches in first couple innings.

boom, 6 run inning, game over.

Mo'ron and BDW2 are clueless, and want 500-600million from state(city, county, state combined). LOL, fans finally had it with their bullshite.

Despite the narrative that the NFL pushed, it wasn't the fault of the fans that the team left. There is some blame to be laid at the feet of city leadership, but the ones that fricked up are the ones that were in power when Rams first got to St Louis.

Ultimately it came down to the NFL finally having their guy that could self pay in California and doing everything they could to facilitate it.

I don't care if St Louis ever gets another NFL team. But if we do, there should be absolutely zero public money toward the building of the stadium.

Apparently this is a trend across MLB to enhance pitch framing. Catcher’s interference calls are on the rise.

The Cardinals thought they could "fix" Contreras's defensive issues, which outside of a strong arm, were and are many and significant and well chronicled.

So they paid him more than anyone else would and still have not fixed them, and now one of their solutions may have ended up hurting him.

He'll always give you when the year is done if not hurt - 15-20 homers, and hit about .250 or so which for a catcher is in the top 5 or 6 in the game. But inevitably he ends up DH'ing and even playing some other positions more and more because the defensive deficiencies are not fabricated, they are real and at this point in his career if they have not gotten fixed yet, you wonder if they ever will.

It’s always a good day when the Cubs are in first place and the Cardinals are in last.

That's not true. It's just twitter and talk radio show banter.
