I worked operations. The only thing I know about the engineering side is most of the time-their education level far exceeded their level of intelligence. I worked with a few that were worth their salt-but most are diversity hires. That’s the truth.

Engineering?? shite you’ll move up the corporate ladder quick as hell. You basically have no choice but to be promoted as an engineer. You’ll move on from a contact to a second line supervisor before you know it. And then it’s on to Houston.
