Hate to do it, but time for a revamp. A carve out, a new country. NAME? new Capitol:where?
Not sure about: kentucky, arizona, ohio, indiana.
If they want to join, make them sign an agreement for conservative leadership, democrats not allowed. (that includes all states) virginia is infested.
If parts of Canada want to join we the people vote with stipulations.
I can go on and on about great changes, but would take too long.
(just for now: each state keeps its oil revenues).
Its THIS or GOD. anything else we are doomed.

I've said it before, if these States just up and said adios, what are the other States going to do about it?
