Not sure what you're bothered by here, but the premium boards just mean the paid boards, 247, on3...run by Shea and Sonny. They have had contacts within the football programs for many years now. They are able to get inside info on some things and this was 1 of them. They all universally said the people they asked about on McClain said we would not be pursuing, it wasn't just 1 of them to have said that. They wouldn't go out their way to lie about anything. It's possible we talked to McClain and decided not to pursue, that doesn't mean we're going after him.

Hell, I'll take it one further. It's possible that LSU contacted him to let him know they weren't interested and ask him if he could please quit messaging the LSU staff because he's becoming a distraction.
