2023 season OKC ranked dead last in attendance. And yes OKC fan base was gifted a team that already had KD and just came off another bad year in Seattle so they had another high draft pick and drafted Westbrook. No expansion/relocation team comes with with 2 young superstars before they even play a game in there new city.
