Let's pretend the judge, who obviously reads the PT board on tRant, is baited into jailing Trump based on your clever, witty, legal musings.
Did the judge state that Trump violated his order multiple times? What normally happens in that situation?

What? Don’t you want Trump in cuffs? You stupid simple caricature.

I understand the accusation. The notion that this would be prosecuted for anyone else is laughable. Legal minds far beyond this DA wouldn't touch it. Are you really going to plant a flag on this legal hill?
Even the legal analysts on the "far right" news outlet of NPR stated that this only has a chance because of the jury pool.

It's amazing to the Democrat nazis that everything bad is because of racism and white supremacy...

This shows you have no idea what the charges are about. He claimed hush money payments, generated to stop a story from entering the press while he was running for office, as a tax-deductible business expense.
You think a city DA has original jurisdiction over tax issues? Perhaps you shouldn’t be lecturing anyone on having no idea what is going on. You are such a dumb idiot.
This is so funny to me. A completely ignorant moron on here pretending to lecture others on facts, yet doesn’t even understand basic procedure. You are a complete and utter moron.
And you will ignore this post and continue to post your ignorant parroted talking points even after being educated and made a fool of. It shows just what kind of lowlife loser you are.

Better, more experienced, and more learned legal minds than yourself looked at this before it got to trial, and yet here we are…

You mean like the DOJ, IRS, and NY dept of Revenue attorneys that declined to move forward? Or are you depending upon the DA that ran on “getting Trump” as the learned legal mind here?
You are out of your league on this one.
You didn’t even know about basic jurisdictional issues. Your fallacy of appealing to authority falls flat. Perhaps if you can describe how the Manhattan DA has jurisdiction over tax issues, as you allege, it might help. I anxiously await your sound learned legal analysis.
And by the way. You don’t even have the charges correct. You stupid idiot.

While I don’t expect cult members to care that this payment arose from an affair while his wife was home with a newborn, I would hope you’d acknowledge blatant fraud.
A case the FEC and DoJ (no friend of Trump) both declined to prosecute, even though they had more standing than the NY DA. This is purely political.

It's coming. Tossing him in jail for contempt or some other limp-dicked rationale is all they have left.
What they don't understand is that the more overt their attempt at election interference, the more they drive average Americans to him.

So what is she having to pay Trump for again? I forgot.

Or did the Manhattan DA do the same?

You can't argue the fact that these contrived court cases have made him stronger.

Good point. This was the one that ran on “progressive prosecution”. He refuses to prosecute low-level offenses. Made up offenses, he seems to be a huge fan of.

The loser here is NY. The entire state is getting embarrassed with these cases.
Oh, THISSSS is the tipping point, huh? Not Mexicans assaults cops and then getting out of jail with no bail the same day. Not the NY covid response with the mask up cruaade. Not the homelessness. Not NY being completely overtaken by anti-American democrats.
THIS is the tipping point.

Maybe because everything you consider "bad" that has happened to Trump, only strengthened his support base and expanded his popularity??
And here you are, unable to contain your excitement at the prospect of voting twice for a walking potato in November.
