He is also legit terrible on D.

I think a BI for KAT trade brings some balance to both rosters. Ingram sucks at D and JV provides no rim protection, so would replacing both of them with KAT really hurt our overall D?

Trae Young was 43% from the field, and a bigger defensive liability than anything we have on our current roster. You just can’t win with that. Not anything of substance.

You do know that he's a career 35% 3 point shooter? and in 27 playoff games he's a 30% 3 point shooter.
And i woudl without a doubt entertain the idea of bringing Trae in, but if he came here then CJ would need to bounce b/c we can't have a backcourt of an even worst defender than Dame with CJ, as we know that doesn't work well.
If you said we could bring in Trae and Jarrett Allen while sending out CJ and BI, i could get behind that.

Because he would trade it all back on the defensive end. He would be a BIG liability on the defensive end. We need size in a terrible way especially with no athletic center in the mix.
