Diggs was a very good back

Nah, he was serviceable. Best of an average group.
I'm good with this; he was okay and solid, but not spectacular. Best comparison might be TDP or Brossette.

Jayden Daniels & the offense gave him a much better opportunity to thrive than most offenses would have otherwise,
Disagree with that.

Both Davis-Price and Brossette had 1k rushing seasons, as did Edwards-Helaire.
Diggs ran for under 700 yds at LSU; part of that is he only played 9 games (started 8), but a bigger issue was that Daniels was a big rushing threat; so we'd call plays for Daniels to specificially run the ball, and also call plays for Daniels to drop back, and take off if he saw a lane. Daniels got 1k yds that way.

The offense under Nussmeier (a much more traditional offense) would benefit Diggs a lot more, as you would call more runs for the backs. Diggs would have been looking at a 1k season this year here.
