JJ has this year, next year and likely at least most of the sec portion the following year. If we are bad again next year his seat will be hot and if we have another 3-12 start after missing the post season twice then he is gone.
I would hate to see it because JJ does the right things and he is a grinder. Most of the time that pays off in being successful

If he misses the NCAA tournament two years in a row (like he did at Arizona), he'll be fired.
