I think 7/10 is a reasonable ranking. Although by IMDB standards I think something in the 7s would be considered "very good" and I think that's about right.
It's well done. About as much as you can do with a biopic. I think the political saga is interesting and also well done, but there is a limit to how many times I'll want to rewatch that.
One thing I do like about Nolan movies is that even in the less complex substantive storylines (arguably Dunkirk, Oppenheimer) there are still a lot of issues and items to wrestle with that keeps me from getting bored with them.
