You’d have to have a working knowledge of altering MX records and SPFs along with control of your DNS, but if you own your domain (@companyname.com) then yes they could host your email with your domain name.
We use O365. But I work for an old school company that I don’t want to train on Goodle Workspaces and I’m fairly confident I’m the only person in the company that knows how to get to our email on the web as opposed to outlook.
