Not saying he's right in the head.. but there are WAYS to approach people without provoking someone in this position.
WE ALL KNOW COPS ARE KILLERS! When one or 2 or 10 show up.. people panic and he panic'd, forgot he was holding a baby and reacted. do you UNDERSTAND that it drives up the stakes for the 'suspicious' individual that the predator cop is targeting?
Cops are the entire fkn problem here.. they provoked it.. they provoke it ALL.
