I'm not scared of easily digestible carbs.
Squatted yesterday and chest shoulders today. So carbs are fine.
I need to find a gym to roll. A lot of the gyms close.to.me are a mix of bjj and goofy taekwondo.

Time for an over haul on the flower beds. We have gross Bermuda grass that hasn’t greened up yet this year so it does look disgusting rn.
I smell worse than a teen age boy rn. I’ll probably have to rinse off with the hose before I even go inside to clean up when we’re all done.
