I seriously never even heard of this happening one time in my high school days. The first time I ever heard about a female teacher screwing her student was that LeTourneau case which was a massive story for back then.

It happened in my very small High School in 84/85. Senior QB and a young teacher (who was only a few years older than the kid).

Perhaps it happened once in a gray while but got squelched most of the time. We did have a male HS teacher at my school that got offered a blowjob from a junior on the cheerleading squad if he would boost her final average.
