Pound pork chops thin

Season the meat, then dredge in seasoned flour

Run through egg wash

Dredge through panko

Fry in 1/4 inch of peanut oil till golden brown on both sides.

Just did this Monday. It’s always a winner with my family.

I serve with white rice, thinly sliced cabbage and japanese bbq sauce. sometimes also with Miso soup
