Is The T.G.I.F Lineup The GOAT?

Every decade seems to have that one tv lineup that just hits different.
This one has to be up in the top five or three at least. Where do I start?,..... Family Matters to Boy Meets World, to Step By Step to Full House, this lineup wasn't your average like up. It was a fluke, a one hit wonder. There will never be one like it again. So peopleam I mistaken, or am I on to something here? What says you?

The NBC lineup in the mid to late 80s was beast mode. People literally didn't do anything else on Thursday nights.

Your mistaken.
They don’t put GOAT on Friday nights.
Key demo goes out.
And, quite frankly, all of those shows sucked.
Edited to correct, they still suck.

No. The best lineup was in the mid to late 90s on NBC “Must see TV” Thursday.
Seinfeld
Friends
ER
Other shows would be included ( Mad About You, Will and Grace, Single Guy) but those 3 dominated the mid to late 90s.

It's kind of a shame there are SOOOOOO many different shows channels, online subscriptions, etc these days.
Although lots of options are great I guess, the shows were better back then and people all watched the same thing so everyone could discuss the shows with others.
Nowadays conversations like that with coworkers, friends, and family tend to lean more to everyone trying to convince everyone to watch what they watch.
"Have you seen such and such, you should check it out" all the while you are thinking I already have 5 or 10 shows I don't have time to watch.

NBC Thursday night “Must-See TV” lineups in the 80s and 90s are unbeatable. Period. End of discussion.
Cheers, Cosby, Night Court, Wings, Hill Street Blues, LA Law, Seinfeld, Friends, ER, etc.

Talking about TGIF’s greatest shows and no mention of Perfect Strangers?!
Don’t be ridiculous!

NBC had Community, Parks & Rec, 30 Rock, and Office on Thursdays about 15 years ago

On Saturday nights in the late 80s, I’d sleep over at my grandparents’ house and set the TV dial on NBC for…
227
Amen
The Golden Girls
Empty Nest
Hunter
and after the 10 PM local news,
WWF Saturday Night’s Main Event
During the ad breaks on the sitcoms, you’d get quick promos with the Hulkster and the Macho Man talking shite about the wrestling, building the anticipation to a frenzy!
That was fricking nirvana for 12-year-old me.
