we did a booze rafting trip in scottsdale area
not sure if they are still running around that time but check into it

Might have to look into this. Plan seems to be this:
Thursday - late lunch/drinks as early group arrives.
Friday - AM round of golf; lunch & drinks; at-home hibachi; go out;
Saturday - no AM plans (maybe that booze raft if it's available);night plans TBD
