France is who I think of. You have PSG and then nothing else in the League One, but they are always a favorite in any competition they play in.

Welsh domestic teams are part of EFL /EPL right? Cardiff plays in the EPL when they can get it together so not sure Wales has a true domestic league that is driving their national team.

Wales has a domestic league. But to give you an indication of where it would fall if it were in the English system, Wrexham has been loaning out young players who can't get on the field with them to teams in the 1st and 2nd tier in Wales. This has been while Wrexham has been in the 4th and 5th tier in the English system.

There are 4 or 5 Welsh teams playing in the English system. There is one English team in the Welsh system (S' TNS New Saints).

Wales has Swansea, Cardiff, Wrexham, and Newport County in the EFL. They also have a Welsh football league that the other domestic teams play in that is pretty poor

Imagine thinking a top 5 league isn’t quality
