Considering your team is actively seeking to ignore wholesale the ENTIRE Bill of Rights....

I was going to name the ones that were trampled by this illegitimate administration, but it turns out to be all 10.

Trump definitively won.

so, the rest of your point is moot.

BamaAtl- Authoritarian scumbag
BamaAtl is no authoritarian. In contrast, he is happy for someone else to be his authoritarian. That's some guys' thing. He's a submissive, and that's fine, to each his own.
The problem is he expects you to voluntarily cuckold yourself along with him.

President Trump doesn't have immunity for attempting to overturn a lawful election to help Candidate Trump stay in office.

That's not even remotely within the scope of Presidential powers. We don't have Kings in this country, despite what MAGA may want.

You're a troll right? That's totally cool, but I'm starting to think there should be an IQ test to post on this board

What part of PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY don’t you understand

The president CANT COMMIT CRIMES in office. It’s clear as day but I’m sure the RINOs on the court will fail us again

So you're OK with trying Obama for murdering American citizens without trial mush less convictions, even killing their kids who were never even charged with crimes, much less as an adult facing the death penalty.Remember, no SOL for murder.

Eight pages of blathering but this guy understands the issue.

Trump is arguing that it doesn’t matter if he actually tried to overthrow the government, he is immune even if he did. His argument that as president he is supreme, above all prosecutors, and cannot be charged with anything. Total immunity means he could pull out a gun and shoot anyone as long as he is president.

The position Trump is taking isn’t whether he did or didn’t, it’s that nothing matters because presidents are absolutely immune from all crimes.

I was taught about presidential immunity in elementary school. There is nothing novel about this notion.

Presidential immunity DOES NOT mean you're above ALL laws applied to the rest of the country.

They are not above ALL LAWS imposed on the rest of the country.

Try to link that "argument." If you try, you'll learn something.

The question is when Trump directed Pence to not open swing state envelopes, was that an official POTUS action or was it an action outside Trump's official duties

When both are duly certified. In 2020, that did not happen in a single State.

The whole thing is absurd because Trump has never had any legal authority to direct Pence to do anything at all.
