People in the left lane that pass others in the right lane = good
People in the left lane that are passing, then dick wad in the left lane that rides the passers arse = bad
This in turn, causes the passers in the left lane to ride slowly or slower because dick wad is riding their arse
Why cannot people just give the distance and let the traffic work itself out?
