That is why I said technically . Some take a little trickery to get around some team aspects, but every dungeon has been solo'd.

No, use the in-game function. Go to the roster section in the menus and you'll see team finder. Also a option in the top right of the screen when selecting activities from the diretory. You can search there for open fireteams for any activity, or you can create your own and have people join you.
