I think he has elite arm talent. Decision making, trying to do too much while on the run, inability to anticipate throws are all things that could sink him which have nothing to do with arm talent.
Now, if he constantly missing targets while being on platform, fair enough. But, I don't see that. I see a guy that can make all of the throws...not only the strong arm ones.

I'm not arguing either point, as truthfully I haven't watched enough Caleb to make an informed opinion. I'm just translating Hoge's point.

You keep saying this but I doubt you have any idea whatsoever as to what his arm talent is when compared to other QBs
In other words you just keep saying this without any way of knowing for sure
