First of all no, because UL run-ruled Southern at home during this 15 game win streak. Secondly, the Cajuns are good. Had a rough start trying to figure some things out but boy have they. They have consistent pitching, hitting, and defense. No weaknesses to this team. Stay tuned because there may be a Louisiana team in Omaha after all.

Bruh we’ve faced Fla. ark. Miss st. We nearly won 2 of those series. All great teams this year. Things a very young team for the most part. They’ll need time to adjust to basically pro level talent.

Miss State is ranked 22, and is 21-12 overall, 6-6 in conference.
Florida is ranked 24, is 17-14, 6-6 in conference.
The ONLY reason either is still ranked, is because they beat US in cripple fights.
And you say we nearly won both of those series... they both run-ruled us in the deciding games.

I mean Florida beat miss st, and A&M in a series before they laid an egg against Missouri. I wouldn’t say the only reason they are ranked because they beat us.

We won natties back to back in baseball in 96 and 97. Would have been 3 in a row if the winds didn't change direction. I know it was a while back. But still. Lol
