the initiation fee for members is around 1 million and a 5k a month membership fee..

How many people can truly afford that?

I make around 300K a year.

I hate my club bill being 600 per month.

What level of income do you just disconnect from costs and buy whatever you want?

Clubs are being built with very large initiation fees and monthly costs. How is it sustainable?

Do people spend money they don’t have on golf?

You ever been to Jupiter?

Those folks are probably making $300k a week/month or legit trust fund folks

They make a lot of money... Definitely more than 300k a year and need something to spend it on...

I mean if I had a 7 figure income I could justify it personally..

I'm assuming that if they get into a club like that they not exactly living paycheck to paycheck..

It’s just stupid money down there. Unbelievable what some of those folks make. I guess If you’ve got the million dollar initiation fee the 5k a month is much less noticeable than your $600

Not many but that's the whole point. There's probably a section of people that are just so rich that a million dollar check isn't a big deal... but there's likely another segment of people that put up the million so they can bring clients and business partners for a mind blowing round of golf in luxury.
