It depends on where your skill level is to start with before the lesson, and the quality of the instructor.
If you are learning the game, it is gonna take some time.
Ive had lessons where my instructor could instantly fix the problem within 5 practice swings. But then you have to continue to practice to develop new muscle memory to eliminate the mistake.

Not to hijack the thread, but I learned this weekend that Parker Brandt moved to Florida. That sucks.
