An option to purchase was agreed upon by buyer a few weeks ago. The buyer has long history with Bluffs and is credible. Intent is to return the course to condition of its prominent days. He is raising money; it is still a long journey ahead…but there is renewed hope.

How many times are they going to "raise money"? Where did all of the other "raised money" go?

Wasn't there an insurance issue with it too?

Make sure all your kids are informed of this, so they can pass the info on to theirs. Maybe one day this fairy tale will come true.
