No, the line you can see starting to coalesce near New Orleans is going to go through Mobile in a couple of hours.

We just got smoked on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. Not sure why you said no...

Flash flood on Eastern Shore.

One unintentionally funny comment this morning in Gulfport happened on the special weather coverage. “Be sure to turn your TV volume up so you can hear the TV when you’re in your safe room”.

His “no” was in response to someone asking if Mobile was out of it yet.

Might this be the first OT, weather thread-approved public school district? Not only did they apparently not close, but they dragged nuts by posting this on their FB page today. Then, when the post caught fire, they simply turned off comments.

My bad! I read it is, is the storm over Mobile, right now? As in over / hitting currently!

Need some coffee. Stay safe!

anybody know where a majority of the tornado damage in Slidell took place.

Majority is Pontchartrain and OST area. Have distant family that lost a total roof in Bayou Liberty area, but my family down there has terrible cell service rite now. Hope your buddy is ok

Heard there was some hail near the Beach Club on Fort Morgan earlier.

I'm sure Fort Morgan / Eastern Shore will get what New Orleans is getting right now, in a few hours.

Got a friend off of Bayou Liberty Road I'm trying to check in on, hasn't responded to my messages.

Just assuming with the power out and other things he doesn't have a strong 5g signal

yea, lot of power out and bad cell service in that area
