The tornado warned storm is going to miss BR. This one, at least. I’m sure many parishes across the area will get in on some warning action later.

I tolerate them and converse with them to be nice and cordial. Doesn’t mean I’d be friends with them in real life. Just like most of yall assholes here

My sister is pissed that school was not canceled in Calcasieu parish. Every surrounding parish canceled but not us. I’m secretly laughing even though they probably should have. Buses were running during a tornado watch.

A velocity couplet is only one piece of the puzzle of confirming tornadoes via radar. None of these cells being named have shown a debris signature.

Tornado watches simply mean all the ingredients are there. Doesn’t mean there are tornados present. It’s like if you’ve got an onion, celery, bell peppers, flour, oil, sausage, chicken, chicken broth, and others all put on the counter — that’s a gumbo watch.
