Aren't you the guy that argued for like 20 pages that a grand jury is who decided to charge Holly with attempted murder?

Playing Nicholls. If we need him there, we’re in trouble.

Two different situations. IF he was even there, and IF he did fire his gun, he didn't hit anyone. The other guy delivered a weapon which was used to murder a young woman.

I didn’t say it was the same situation. I’m saying look out if he is let back on the team. You know how the SEC Rant can be.

Still looking at illegal use of a weapon so I’m sure he’ll remain suspended indefinitely

Isn't a big deal in north Louisiana if you're a bama lineman.

While the DAs reasoning for not charging in that case was ludicrous, they didn’t use the weapon

It's a felony that carries 0 to 2 years. He's not out the woods yet.

Seems it could be longer than 2 years. Not sure at what point this comes into play

Based on the original charges and the charges currently:

People were shot.

The grand jury saw evidence Trey Holly fired his gun

The grand jury didn’t see evidence that it was Holly’s bullets that hit the people

Was anyone else arrested for firing those bullets?

All Victims and Jurors compensated with cars, $$$$$$$ and free college education for themselves friends and relatives.

Sweep It. Sweep It. Sweep it Clean.

The Little Darlings are never guilty of anything serious. Leave them alone and get them back on the Field. That's all that matters.
