The daily post lunch siesta is one of the few things that Mexico has gotten right. How do we make guaranteed naps after lunch a thing in the USA?

Don't millennials do this already between video games?

I do my part everyday at work.

A quick 30 minute nap does wonders to your ability to focus on the second half of the day.

First, workers have to squeeze in a full day’s work from 6 am to noon.

Then they get in a little siesta.

Then they squeeze in another full day of work from 1 pm until 6-7 pm.

I already do that. I work a minimum of 60 hours per week.

Do what you want, but napping just makes me more groggy and I wake up completely out of it.

At least once a week I do a quick 20-30 minute nap after lunch and it’s amazing. I feel sharp and focused for the rest of the work day. Wish I could do it every day.

I feel fine as long as I treat it like a nap not real sleep. Just crash, same clothes no dark room or anything. I rarely nap on weekdays but weekends of yeah.

Long naps do that but short naps < 30 minutes are a different. I wake up with a clear mind and more energy.

Retire then nap everyday. We already have a crisis with people barely putting in the needed effort. That nap ain't gonna make them better. If Mexico got it right why are they coming here to nap?

Just wait awhile… the Mexicans are invading at an alarming rate. In another 20 years we will become Mexico and then adopt their customs.
