Mud room, floor drains, skinning shed with plumbing and a sink, covered pariking for my trucks, dancing girls, a brick fricking chimney and fireplace, a flush shitter, a separate house for my wife.

Outlets are generally under represented. I'd have an outlet every 4' in my garage at waist level or whatever the height it. I wish I had more outlets on my back porch as well. We have outlets at TV height throughout the house and I like it. Keeps from having to put holes in the wall or drape cords visibly.
I'd also plum a gas line to various places. If you think you'd even want a propane heater or fireplace near a certain area, plumb it in.
When they run plumbing and electrical, at our previous house, I had to move both in order to have a pool installed. They usually run in the most straight line path possible, but I'd suggest running it in a line that makes sense for future placement.
We are on 2.5 acres. I wish I had water in more places along my fence line. I added two spigots when I built my pipe fence and put in irrigation and I use those outlets about as much as I use the ones on my house.
Oh and an irrigation system.

hot water faucet next to cold water faucet by garage.
I've got a hot water spigot near my garage too. I love it. Cleans everything really well, helps wash the dogs when it's cold out, and gets crawfish water boiling twice as fast. Would absolutely recommend.

Wrap around porch, wide enough to have a breakfast table outside, and metal roof. I want to old man sit in my rocking chair in style.

A standby generator would be great to have.

Longer garage than standard for boats or 3/4 ton truck.
My wife wants the laundry room accessible through the master closet.
Our laundry room (that is the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom) has a big counter, sink and room for a fridge.

This. If rates weren’t so stupid I’d expedite this whole process.

I’d want just from an outdoors perspective.
A moderate size garden with in-ground freeze proof faucet.
Maintaining diversity of wildlife... birds, snakes, frogs, deer, squirrels, hawks, buzzards, etc...balance is key.

Maintaining diversity of wildlife
I’ve been chipping away at this over the last couple of years. I’m in middle TN. I’m constantly amazed at the amount of critters I see EVERYWHERE. This farm/area is particularly dense with turkeys. Plenty of owls, rabbits, coyotes (ugh), bobcats, and of course whitetail. The goal is to take it up a notch, and I could get so much more accomplished if I was there every day. Here are a few pics just from the last few days on a plot I made just last year:
Bachelor group from last year here. I know 2 of these bucks were killed by neighbors. This part of my other motivation for getting out there sooner to improve their habitat. They love hanging out in the summer then dispersing come the bow season.

You will never regret having all your kitchen and bathroom shelves on roll out brackets. Not only does it reduce bending over to the floor simply to see what is at the back of the shelve, it also literally increases the cabinet by 40 to 50 % space as now the entire shelf can become 100% useable. The cost is inconsequential even if it is an after construction add on.

Garage with appropriately sized doors to fit a slightly lifted f250, with room to walk around it, in each of three main bays, plus a smaller bonus bay for bicycles and other wheeled kid contraptions.
