I’ll go about 18 hours fast a couple of times per week by just skipping breakfast.
Add in a 24 hour about once/month. I can feel the positive effects more for this longer time. I’ve read that testosterone production for males start to naturally increase after 18 hours.
I’ve wanted to try the 3 day fast at least once but sounds tough.

After the first day it is easy. Dana White did one drinking electrolytes and bone broth after day 1.
