So you admit that you are completely ignorant of the issue and are easily duped by social media characters who dislike our coach.

Good job.

No I watched kims press conference with my own eyes and heard with my own ears

Jesus are you people really this fricking stupid? Just because someone doesn't buy into your narrative?

Morons, go pick up a book

Nothing against Reese but she came here for money. she’s good at what she does, I have nothing against her. But the way Caitlyn plays and reps Iowa. She’s the greatest that will ever do it and she’s the underdog against all these NIL super teams. And she’s just incredibly exciting to watch. I hope she wins it all. I don’t pay attention to all the other drama.

Ahhh....I'd say it was more about playing for one of the greatest coaches of all time and maximizing her talent. The NIL stuff came about because of that success.

But you're right about Clark. She has always been about representing her home state, and that's a cool part of her story. "Local girl has phenomenal talent, stays home, and brings much joy to the home folks and the state U." We have had athletes who have felt the same and done the same for the state of Louisiana and LSU.

Bc she’s an attention whore

From her stupid looking eyelashes and makeup to the dumbass leg sleeves ti the bullshite taunting she did last year… that was fricking karma last night.
Finished like 0-15 and fouled out

hopefully she’s going the Ben Simmons route

This is why she is defending herself. Some Iowa fans are doing this to her! LINK

You really believe the time in-between the loss and the press conference is the only time posts like that were made?

I know you don't believe that.

fame comes with trolls. i mean, what's the point here? she lost a basketball game and felt the need to tell the world she's human. i think the narcissism line was spot on.

Angel bought this on herself. No one to blame but her. You don’t play the race card last year and expect people to have sympathy for you. She’s done good for LSU but hopefully will move on .

EXACTLY!! This is what our players were referring to: the cesspool that is social media. I'm sure this is just a representative sample of the kind of garbage that Angel (and other young women, especially those who have some degree of fame) see all the damn time.

So tell me the last time you saw LSU football on the field for a national anthem?

Every freaking time. Maybe not in bounds, but on the damn field. Not in the locker room.

Not a controversy but I also take note of this victimization habit that seems a little childish

I don’t like the victim narrative 99% of the time especially when they bring race into it, but to be fair, LSU has been unfairly villainized this year. Dirty debutantes? Really?

SEC football teams have not been on the field for the National Anthem for decades. KnoxNews - SEC teams do not have players on the field for National Anthem
