Then don't get on it. Sounds like a lot of people are worried about the number associated with it. If you feel good, and don't have any symptoms, don't start it.

This. There are things you can do to help before trying TRT if you think you might need it. #1 is diet and exercise. #2 is sleep. #3 is supplemental regiment with things that can help with hormone balance.
If someone feels like shite after trying all this then by all means go see about getting on trt there is no reason to just spend time and energy spinning your wheels doing all the right things and still feeling like shite.
