Texas registered business (clothing, art) sales tax when selling online to Louisiana

LLC registered in Texas.
Items shipped from Texas.
Within Texas, obviously I collect and report Texas sales tax.
My understanding is when sales are out of state (Louisiana specifically), I don’t have to collect and report sales tax unless I meet Louisiana Nexus.
Is this correct?
What is Louisiana nexus $$ amount?
Texas I think is $500k
Items shipped from Texas.
