I don’t even know how they stay in business. The only chain in the world where you can’t place an online order.

Obsessive cost control. It’s in the companies dna. He’s told me some stories about looking at stores and how much they could spend for real estate and construction and it made me realize how neurotic they are. The reason every store is the same is because of the efficiency. I think they only have something like 3 floor plans and they’re only slightly different.
