Save your brain cells my brother. No need to present any argument delegitimizing my remarks. It was a joke, as evidenced by “I kid.” But the premise of the joke was the connection between your profession and your offering of what appeared to be some definitive and specific level of knowledge on the topic of ports. So the question might become “how could it be possible that attorney at law SFP now adds specific knowledge on the topic of ports to his already crowded repertoire? There just aren’t enough hours in the day!” And maritime law was my wise arse answer for that.

Let em do real journalism and follow this trail:

Fentanyl through Mexico...Zhang Anle -> Ye Jianming -> $5 million -> Hunter -> Potatoe -> open border

Gibbs Rule #39

Also, if the goal is to muck up specific lines of transport, mission accomplished. Why add the extra incentive of 1000's of deaths if that's not necessary? And would further raise the alarm?

Best to make a more subtle attack, send the message, and see what happens next.

The USA would never admit it if this were terrorism. You and I would never be told that by our Govt, even if it were true.

They will definitely use this as an excuse to cancel Francis Scott Key.

What on earth are you talking about? A ship lost power and control. That’s not some supernatural event. Nor are there any facts that make it particularly suspicious.

Based on the timing of the Wuhan flu, the judicial & legislative attacks on Trump, the 100% astroturfed BLM riots posing as protests, the outright lies that have been passed off as totally legit and Trust the Science™, it would be odd if we didn't question this incident.

Lara lost a lot if not all credibilty here.

How many mariners on this board who've sailed on container ships like the Dali believe this was anything but an accident?
I can't even imagine a single mariner I've sailed with thinking such a thing. 99% of those coming up with this bullshite have never even so much as set foot aboard one of these ships. It's ridiculous.
Less than 5 minutes elapsed between losing the plant and impact. You're not getting to and setting up emergency steering that fast. They did everything they thought to in the midst of an emergency, dropping the port anchor, going full astern asap etc... .
However going astern to slow the ship was a mistake as the direction of the screw in reverse naturally pulls the stern to port. The best move imho would've been to stay the course and skirt the support at worst and possibly avoiding collision all together.

I have to believe his law firm is one of the big ones, possibly a GOLIATH in the industry. With that comes thousands of highly trained specialists, many cross trained, in every path to fortune possible. There is no doubt, as a problem solver, SFP might be second to none.

We are so lucky to be his only outlet.
