They only tell you it's going to Haiti but it's more likely to end up in the hands of the bureaucrats.

They will give it to an outstanding foundation like the Clinton Global Initiative to funnel back into Democratic coffers.
It is the same thing with all the money that is being funneled to NGO’s with Democratic ties or businesses that can milk the government teet for little work and big paydays like FEMA contracts.
