Pubmed link for your search. A cursory look at some of the research seems to point that nicotine use decreases testosterone and increases metabolism of testosterone in the liver. Funny thing, smoking, seems to down regulate testosterone production and keeps it down regulated even when people quit.
I didn't read enough into the research to see how much the average testosterone decrease was, or what nicotine dose is needed for said percentages. With that being said, I've known a lot of big strong dudes that dipped multiple tins a day. My one buddy uses Zyn for focus and mental clarity and he's a pretty stout and strong dude too.
My takeaway is that, Nicotine most likely decreases Testosterone production. But anecdotally speaking, it's probably not by enough where you'll see a big enough difference to matter.

I've used smokeless tobacco for 40 years and still get a hard on without the benefit of Viagra. So there's that....
