The fact that Miller got offers from both A&M and Houston is encouraging on this aspect. Both of those teams are known for the effort they play with. Doubt either would have offered if they didn't think he would play with effort.
Reed and Ward definitely both need to step up their effort next season Ward on his defense and Reed with rebounding.
