If these Taliban dudes openly admit to requiring gay rape of pre-teen boys then why do they care so much about what the women do?

If I recall correctly, this was more of an issue with the "allies" we had there while our soldiers were fighting the Taliban

I think it's a part of some Arab cultures, in general.
Keep in mind, the Taliban folks all hail from the same region as the non-Taliban arabs.
