Right and Pelicans use the same medical as the Saints. It's likely MT being wrong. He is a huge dick. I have met him several times. The Dr involved with Breaux is not with the Saints anymore. Good MD though but things happen.

He’s right about the team docs having issues with misdiagnosis and treatment plans. They don’t have experience treating vaginitis.

That's the funny part about this entire ordeal.
Saints medical staff advised him he could return in 2020 after the injury; and he fought through to make sure it happened to help Drew try to finish his career at the top. After his injury was worsened from fighting through all season, the Saints medial staff wanted to do surgery. MT opted for a 2nd opinion, and that Dr wanted to go the non-surgical route. Saints were on board, but wanted to be kept in the loop of his rehab since it was the offseason. From the reports that have been made public, everything was going great between the team & MT until around May 2021. That is when MT started ghosting everyone with the team (in hindsight it's when he started missing his benchmarks). He ended up still needing the surgery in June 2021, and the rest is well documented history.
So, he went and got his 2nd opinion, the 2nd opinion ended up being wrong; and he had to follow the Saints medical staff recommendations after all.
