There might be more whites at Southern Law school than blacks.

Have you seen Southern's law enrollment, isn't it pretty much a mix of poor white kids, LSU Law rejects, and a few African American students that couldn't make the cut to Tulane or Loyola Law affirmitive action programs and scholarships.
