But those areas probably have more passion for soccer than anywhere else…

I think it’s CONCACAF… US, Mex, and Canada need more matches against the best in the world in Europe and South America. They need the risk of not making a World Cup to reach their potential. Right now it’s too easy

The rest of CONCACAF isn’t expected to and isn’t capable of competing at that level, and US, Mex, and Canada playing them is a waste of time
