Skenes and Crews bailed Jay out last year.

He should start calling a more normal game with his stupid fricking shifts and lineup changes every game.

Our "fans" are never more excited than when LSU loses or is losing. Really strange, IMO, iyam.

Florida is 12-9. Neither team sucks, but at home with a lead going into the 9th, you'd hope to win.

throw to 1st
throw to 1st
high and inside, 1-0
strike, 1-1
flyout to Bingham in deep left, inning over!

great defensive catcher has to keep that runner on 3B. Milazzo is a pretty good catcher and the run scored.

Yap

This is a bad loss

This team is developing an identity that it can’t close out hitters in important situations with two strikes. It can’t close out innings with 2 outs. It can’t take advantage of runners on base. It isn’t positioned correctly on would be outs for balls put in play.

I said last Sunday that if this team couldn’t take 2 of 3 from Florida it would be a long road to finish in the top 5 of the division. The next 3 series only get harder and we’ll be out of the race by then.

Maybe we can shift a few more times tomorrow when the game is on the line.

Complaining about the shift is such a low IQ move. Very much expected from most on here.

You can keep saying it but You will never be correct about this.

We would’ve won the series already if we just would’ve done the sensible thing and given one of the best hitters in college baseball an open first base.

I called it before he ever stepped up to the plate. He moved the runner over. That runner is the difference in winning and being where we are right now.

There was no need to overthink it. But that’s exactly what we did and y’all still can’t see it.

And put who in? Hellmers?

Hellmers, Moffett, Ulloa, Dutton, Anderson, Primeaux all had better ERA’s than Ack coming into this game. I’m not saying they are better than Ack, but there’s no reason to leave him out there that long.

Yep, let’s start our 24th different lineup tomorrow! Maybe that will solve our problems.

We have a lot of pitchers but not a gas throwing consistently shut you down reliever.

This shite is still on Milazzo

Do explain…

Did you watch the game? A run scored because Millazzo couldn't corral a low pitch on a third strike that would have ended the inning. Without that, the game isn't tied after Florida hits in the ninth and LSU wins.

If we can just get The Great Bambooty up to bat this inning we have a chance.
