What is magical about next year?
Are you supporting the BS, "This is year one" crap spewed by Woody?

Agree, I’ve been pretty positive but last night was a continuation of the bad games all year. Next year it’s NCAA Tournement or bust! NIT won’t cut it. Contrary to believe on this board, LSU can be a basketball school and has been in the past. Time to get back there.

While I think there may be some troubling indicators I. His first two years it is hard to judge based on the situation he came into (despite what some rantards may say). But any of those things are cleared out now. His incoming class was probably still a little impacted by the uncertainty with the NCAA but the transfer class should not be.

My benchmark for next season is top 1/3 of the SEC, a tournament bid, and either a top 15 recruiting class or top half of the SEC recruiting class.

None of those seem impossible but none seem better than a 50/50 prospect given what needs to be replaced.

Just my take.
